The certified value is traceable to the NIST SRM 84L primary standard (NIST: National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA) using the volumetric potassium hydrogen phthalate standard, measured at the Merck KGaA accredited calibration laboratory, Darmstadt, Germany according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025.
