Specification of Activated Carbon Calgon F100
Is an activated carbon granular produced by Calgon Carbon
Corporation to remove odor, color, taste and organic compounds in water
treatment. To treat surface and groundwater sources for drinking water
production, this cabron can be used as a substitute for sand or anthracite.
Calgon F100 activated carbon does not undergo major changes
in operation, normal plant filtration, if more contact time is required. The
height of the backwash tank can be increased, the Carbon Calgon F100 also
provides a complete modular adsorption system as an additional treatment step
if required.
